Welcome to AeroTools. These terms specify the rules and guidelines governing the use of our website and services. They form a binding agreement between you and the operator of this site, so please read them in full before creating an account or purchasing a subscription.
By accessing our portal and utilizing any client-side tool or purchasing membership packages, you agree to comply with these terms in full. If you disagree with any portion of these agreements, please discontinue usage immediately.
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. If you use the service on behalf of a company, you confirm that you are authorised to bind that company to these terms.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that takes place through your account. Tell us immediately via our contact page if you suspect unauthorised access. A single premium account may not be shared between multiple people or teams.
You may only leverage our web utilities for legitimate personal or commercial projects. Scraping prompt databases, flooding our server resources, or attempting to bypass authorization gates to access premium outputs is strictly prohibited.
You also may not use the tools for unlawful activity, to process content you do not have the rights to, or to disrupt or probe the service for vulnerabilities without our prior written permission.
The browser-based tools are free and require no account. Premium plans are paid; their current prices and included features are shown on our pricing page, which prevails in the event of any discrepancy.
Billing is available on a monthly or yearly cycle, chosen at purchase. Access begins as soon as payment is confirmed and runs until the renewal date shown in your profile dashboard.
Payment methods. All payments are handled by external payment processors (PayPal, Lemon Squeezy and Stripe, depending on what is available at the time of purchase). We never receive or store your card details on our servers. Each payment is also subject to the processor's own terms.
Renewal. Where you pay through a gateway that supports recurring billing, your subscription renews automatically at the end of each cycle unless you cancel beforehand. Where payment is taken as a single transaction, access simply expires on the end date with no automatic renewal. In both cases your renewal or expiry date is visible in your profile dashboard.
Taxes. VAT or other local taxes may be added to the displayed price depending on your country of residence; the payment processor calculates these where applicable.
Cancellation. You may cancel at any time from your profile dashboard or via our contact page. Premium access remains active until the end of the billing period you have already paid for; the account then returns to the free tier and no further charge is taken.
Refunds. If you are a consumer in the EU or the UK, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from purchase under consumer protection law, unless you have begun consuming the digital content after expressly agreeing to waive that period. Outside those cases, we review refund requests made within 14 days of payment on a case-by-case basis and will grant them where the paid features have not been substantially used. Send your request through the contact page, including your account email and the payment date.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically take 5–10 business days to arrive, depending on the processor and your bank.
The AeroTools name, logo, site design and source code belong to the site operator and may not be copied or republished without permission.
Prompts. Our library combines content from several sources: material we write ourselves, and material collected from public sources published under open licences (such as CC0), used in accordance with those licence terms. We claim no ownership over content that is already in the public domain. If you believe material of yours has been published here without the right to do so, contact us and we will review it and remove it where that is established.
Your files. Files you process with the browser tools remain entirely yours and never leave your device, so we acquire no rights over them. See our privacy policy for details.
This site is partly funded by advertising, and ads from external networks may be displayed. You may also find links to sites we do not operate; we are not responsible for their content or their policies. Advertising cookies and consent are explained in our privacy policy.
All tool outputs and prompts are delivered "as is" without warranty. We do not assume any legal liability for data losses, conversion inconsistencies, or the accuracy of external generative model predictions triggered via our prompt guides.
SEO audit results and AI model outputs are not professional advice, and it is your responsibility to review them before relying on them for a business decision.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you will not exceed the amount you actually paid us in the twelve months preceding the incident. Nothing in this section limits any statutory rights that cannot be waived in your country.
We aim to keep the service continuously available but do not guarantee it; it may be interrupted for maintenance or for reasons beyond our control. We may also modify or withdraw individual tools, while preserving the substance of what you purchased for the duration of your subscription.
We may suspend or terminate your account for a material breach of these terms — such as abuse, attempts to circumvent payment, or unlawful activity. If we terminate an account where you are not at fault, we refund the unused portion of your subscription. You may close your own account at any time from your profile dashboard.
We may update these terms as the service or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision, and continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance of the new version. Where a change is material and affects an existing subscription, we will endeavour to notify subscribers by email.
These terms are governed by the laws of the country in which the site operator is established, and its courts have jurisdiction over any dispute. This does not deprive you, as a consumer, of the right to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence where the law grants you that right. Before escalating any dispute, we ask that you contact us through the contact page so we can try to resolve it amicably.
For any question about these terms, an invoice, or a refund request, use our contact page. We normally reply within a few business days.
